The Child Development Center offers care for children, 3 to 5 years old, Monday- Friday, 7:30 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. Enrollment is by monthly contract based on your schedule with a minimum of twenty hours per week, in 4+ hour blocks per day. Parents select the days and are
accommodated according to space availability.
Children are guided while learning how to socialize as they actively explore the various areas of the classrooms. Thoughtful and nurturing teachers encourage unique personalities, independence and initiative. Children make choices, solve problems, and learn the Y's four core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsiblity, as they engage in the YMCA's Creative Curriculum. Daily activities include arts and crafts, circle times and reading, music and movement exploration, dramatic play, science discovery, large and small motor skill experiences, emerging math and literary skilss and so much more!
Tuition Rates: $3.85/hr. Y-members; $4.10/hr. Community
Registration Fee: $30
